Valerie A Varney

V alerie founded the firm in 1996. Valerie is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant; she received her undergraduate degree from The University of Northern Iowa and her Juris Doctor from college Kent of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Valerie began her career in private accounting and worked as an accountant while attending law school. Valerie ventured out on her own after completing lawschool. Her practice focuses on the preparation of tax returns, estate planning, tax planning, estates and trusts, assisting with problematic IRS matters, creation of business entities, assisting with purchase and sale of businesses, and the drafting of various business agreements, including commericial leases.
